This page explains MWAH pickup and returns from start to finish. Every order placed on this site is a reservation: no payment is taken online and nothing is shipped. You collect locally, and an agent settles payment with you.
How MWAH pickup works
- Choose your flavour and pack size, then place your reservation.
- You get a confirmation email with your order number.
- An agent contacts you to settle payment and finalize the order.
- Collect your order with your order number and valid photo ID.
That is the whole MWAH pickup process. There is no account to create and no card to enter, and you can browse every flavour in the MWAH lip gloss pen collection before you choose.
What to bring to MWAH pickup
Valid, in-date government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older – driver’s licence, state ID or passport. We check it every time, and we cannot hand over an order without it. Photos or photocopies of ID are not accepted.
Bring your order number too. The confirmation email is enough.
How long we hold your order
Reservations are held for seven days from the time you place them. After that the order is released and the stock goes back on the shelf. If you need longer, get in touch before the seven days are up and we will usually extend it.
Changing or cancelling a reservation
Because nothing is charged when you reserve, cancelling costs you nothing – just let us know, or let the reservation lapse. To change a flavour or pack size, contact us and we will amend the order, subject to stock. Pack pricing follows the new size: $45.00 for one pen, $121.50 for three and $182.25 for five.
MWAH returns policy
Check your order before you leave. Once a sealed product has left our hands we cannot accept it back, which is standard for this product category and is a condition of our licence rather than a shop policy.
If a device is faulty, bring it back with proof of purchase and we will replace it. Manufacturer defects are covered – accidental damage, water damage and normal battery wear are not. A pen that stops drawing is usually just flat, so try a USB-C charge first.
Tips for a smooth MWAH pickup
Have your ID and order number ready, check the flavours and pack size before you leave, and give the pen a quick test draw if you can. If your plans change, tell us before the seven days are up so we can hold or amend the order.
Payment
No card details are collected, stored or processed by this website. An agent will settle payment with you directly to finalize your order.
